Happy Cinco De Mayo to all of you from the Mountain Riders Blog. It is a day Mexicans celebrate a great battle won a long time ago and they deserve to celebrate. I have learned a lot about the holiday but not enough to call myself an expert and not enough to really say too much about it because I don’t want to be offensive in any way.

I wish you all a Happy Cinco De Mayo - I am having Chili with chips in a few minutes.So have a Happy 5th of May!
